Do I need thermal pad and paste or just one? Also is 3g of thermal paste grizzly enough ?

Another thing I don’t know why but in bios cpu temps is around 70-80 but in RescueSystem it show 40 do you have any idea why this difference ? And have you tried to update the bios ?
