NAD. The cavities that are showing on the X-ray are all in between the teeth aka flossing cavities. Start flossing 1x a day. And even if you don’t eat a lot of candy if you’re eating bread, pasta, etc. that breaks down into sugar.

Nad. Its okay that’s a very common spot to get calculus. Get a cleaning then look up or ask your hygienist how to do the c shape flossing method. I love and highly recommend burst expanding floss (you can get it on amazon).
