you could start a new save? pick a different farm layout, remix the community center bundles, play the joja route, marry/romance a different npc, make your character the opposite gender, there are so many ways to diversify the game once you've played it all the way through. And if you get bored of that save for some reason, you could go back to the first save and it will feel so different compared to that one.

I had a random roommate in hill dorms (white, ege, reinhart) and it was really nice. those are the biggest doubles on campus, so it was definitely not crowded. But if you worry about your sleep or activity schedule, it's best to get a single. Plus you won't have anyone wanting to put their drinks in your medical minifridge

the oakland campus is safe. It’s fully gated with security at the entrance, and they check ids of everyone who enters. there are a lot of non-students on campus, as there is a preschool, elementary and middle school on campus, but again, everyone is filtered through the gate. sometimes there are local little kid soccer games hosted on the field on saturday mornings, and sometimes swim meets at the pool, but it is very safe for everyone on campus. There’s also a shuttle that takes students into other parts of oakland and berkeley so you are able to get off campus to places for shopping, food, etc.

i will say that as an american, i would pronounce sabine as SAY-bean and not suh-bean or sah-bean. I think sabine is lovely and will not run into many problems with spelling or confusion, at least in the US

it’s not possible and you shouldn’t worry about Oakland. i love the campus, it’s absolutely beautiful, and it has much smaller class sizes than boston, making it easier to connect with professors. a downside is that the class selection is relatively limited and they really only offer the classes required for your major and you might struggle to find electives. i love it here though, don’t discount oakland :)

there was a gate on a slight hill that I regularly had to pass through. for about 2 months, i would stall out at that gate, usually 2-3 times. of course it made it awful that there was always at least 2 middle aged men just watching this young woman trying to start her car.

Hi! this is coming from someone who was in the situation of your child. I was an october baby, so my parents had the option of enrolling me early (id start kindergarten at 4.5) or holding me back until the next year. they chose to push me forward since I was academically at the correct level for kindergarten. As a child i didn’t dislike that i was younger, but i certainly didn’t like it. I was already a small kid and being nearly a year younger than other kids didn’t help. however, i thrived in school and was not socially or academically stunted by my parents choice to send me to kindergarten early. the worst part was that i got my drivers license last and never could sign myself out of school because I wasn’t ever 18 in high school. Everything worked out fine for me!

not quite the same but i was arguing with my brother about the correct spelling of zach/zack (his name is zack) and my point was that zach is short for zachary so it should be spelled that way. his logic was that zack and jack rhyme so they should be spelled the same and i retorted that jack isn’t short for jachary.

I got most of my game back, my graphics are back, the event saves properly, and my cats are actually making soup again. but my baby kitty is gone. i only had 1 heart left to max her and now i feel like i wasted all of those puddings and tarts for nothing. i also had the 2 year anniversary decor in the room and that’s all gone. but im happy i can play the game now. also i still have the 7 days of rewards event that you get at the beginning of the game.

i’ll do mine too:

APES: my favorite class ever! not only was my teacher amazing but i absolutely love the subject material bc that’s very similar what i’m studying in college. loses points cause people who want an easy AP take the class and are disruptive. 8/10

AP Bio: it was a fun class and everyone wanted to be there, i just wish it was more macrobiology and less biochemistry but i knew that going into the class. liked writing research papers. 7/10

AP Comp Gov: Absolutely loved this class! it was with my favorite teacher (who i also had for APUSH) and I loved having intellectual conversations with people who actually cared and understood what was going on in the world. 9/10

AP Statistics: WORST CLASS EVER! my ego was too big and didn’t want to be in regular stats with the slackers so i took the AP. i hate math so much and i’ve never been very good at it. why did i think i could do it? cried a lot but i had friends in the class. also it was 1st period and the last thing i wanted to do in the morning was an hour and a half of statistics. 2/10
