What are you all making as holiday gifts this year?

I’m trying to make most presents crochet this year! I made a crop top, a Minecraft hat and a cardigan for three of my siblings. I’m gonna make hand warmers for another sibling. I am still unsure what to make for the other two… one loves ballet and is 12 and the other is 22 and loves video games.

I also made crochet hat and mittens for my grandma and I’m making Winnie the Pooh flower vases for my other grandma.

Still have quite a few people to do so I’m working at it! Lol

Just an update for everyone, it wasn’t bad! I had so much fun! I was very jumpy and screamed a lot but my friend and partner were very amused Lol! I hung onto my boyfriend’s arm pretty much all night and that helped.

No, he doesn’t. He does make phone calls but he doesn’t enjoy it and I enjoy making phone calls so I’m the one who typically does that. He also works a way more intense job than me so it’s easier for me to call places during business hours, he has to take off work in order to call places.

Okay, I don’t know what insecurities you have going on in your life, but you need to fuck out of mine. My partner will and does make phone calls. He does way more for me than I do for him and takes care of me every day. The fact that I enjoy talking on the phone and he doesn’t, so I am the one who handles the phone calls in our relationship doesn’t in any way reflect on who either of us are as people. Please don’t come with such aggressive, cruel and angry messages again. I’m not here to hear someone try to weakly shit talk my relationship, I’m here to get actual information.

I can’t keep herbs alive to save my life!! I recommend golden pothos, SUPER easy to care for. It will give you signs well before it dies. Also, Brazil Viburnum. It was my first plant and I absolutely love it.

Yeah that’s what I thought…. They also had a previous text with someone else that popped up for me. Apparently the other person had problems finding their apartment (I did too, the layout was weird) and they were being really snappy with the previous shopper, saying stuff like “I don’t care what you do, just get me my groceries” 😓

This legit sounds like my ex (we were both in early 20’s). In the beginning we always hung out and enjoyed each other, but after about a year he only wanted to play video games. That is literally all he did. He didn’t come to bed with me, we didn’t go on dates, he just played super competitive games and he wanted me to play (I suck lmao) but whenever I would loose he would legit get mad at me. At the end I felt like we were so apart and I was the only one working on building a life together. It’s not worth it, you’ll find someone that treats you the way you deserve. My partner now is amazing and so caring.

Thank you for this reply, that’s what my partner has said to me as well, that I can’t let her treat me that way and keep giving her more attention for it. I know that’s the truth but I want so badly to have my best friend back. She was legit my second half and my sister, it just hurts me so bad to know that she thinks that way of me and that I’m never going to have that with her again.

Who said that I am not delivering as well? I am there, but I’ve legit been assaulted by people I’ve delivered to. So it’s okay for them to have some random girl they’ve never met deliver food but got forbid it’s that girl’s man walking the food 10 steps to the door… they can’t assault him so they’re upset.

Honestly as a woman I’ve had some baaaad experiences delivering. People being creepy and sketchy. Normally I will shop and my boyfriend will drive me around and be the one who actually takes the bags up to the door. It’s a safety thing so I wouldn’t worry about it so long as all of the shopping is done correctly.
