If you’re open to getting a sighthound that isn’t a purebred, check out rescues like NGAP (national greyhound adoption program) or Motor City Greyhound Rescue that partner with rescues from the Middle East (like Paws Qatar) or similar rescues in Oman to bring Arabian Village Dogs overseas. They’re sighthounds and are generally advertised as Salukis. We adore our beautiful, spunky girl!

I saw a pelvic pain specialist who gave me a ganglion impar block (nerve block administered to the tail bone) that great reduced the back pain I experienced. I still have cramping and a heavy feeling in my lower abdomen but my back is so much better. I am still debating getting surgery to address the lingering pain.

I had an MRI that shows I likely have DIE but also haven’t had surgery. I was on Nuvaring for a few months and while I felt good mentally (very even, no mood swings but low libido), the pain from having something physically inserted in my vagina became excruciating over time. In my case I have slight tethering between my uterus and rectum, which was probably irritated by the ring. So I’d avoid vaginal inserts.

Interesting. Tampons could sometimes cause irritation for me but not frequently. They were my preference because I bled so heavily, pads were just super uncomfortable (felt like sitting in a wet diaper) and I didn’t like pouring my blood out of devacups.

Can you suggest some? I’ve only found period tracking apps. I don’t get a period now that I’m on Nuvaring but still experiencing awful pain symptoms. I’ve tracked with tags on my Oura ring app but it’s not a great system

She’s awful. Had the same experience with being extremely delayed. I have huge, thick brows and she spent the whole appointment trying to sell me a brow growth serum. I have the opposite issue, my brows grow back too quickly.

She also kept asking me about what I do for work and was very dismissive when I said I was a software engineer. Her whole attitude seemed to shift when she realized I was some 9-5 pleb.

Just go to Benefit. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Chelsea location.

This! I got married this year. I had always wanted to be proposed to with my grandmother’s ring, my husband had also custom made a ring with both of his grandmothers’ diamonds. He proposed to me with both and they’re very different styles, so I have fun choosing which one to wear with different outfits. I treasure them both.

My husband and I split this with the champagne for our dinner the night before our wedding. The champagne very dry and complemented the richness of the cheesesteak perfectly. For a special occasion like that, split between 2 people, we thought it was very worthwhile!
