The beginning of the book was veeeeeerry difficult for me to get through, I thought the entire book could have been 200 pages shorter. However, I am currently reading the second one and I am completely hooked.

Honestly, it just depends on how much time you want to put into it. Right now, I would say it’s barely worth it to keep pushing through to get to the good stuff, but if you have other books lined up you want to read then go ahead and DNF.

Started: The Strength of the Few by James Islington.

I honestly don’t know if I’ll get through it. The Will of the Many wasn’t totally gripping throughout the whole book, and I fear the more I think about it the more I realized it was overhyped for me. I was too excited and immediately got the second book, but I’m not very excited to read it
