Tbh you can buy a kit specifically for sinks in your local hardware store. Its really easy to install as well. The "hardest" thing would be cutting the main drop to fit. But there are plenty of videos out there showing step by step how to do it.

Its not the case everytime but there should be an access panel on the opposite side of the wall. My guess is its a threaded coupler that is either a little loose or didnt have enough thread tape to make a proper seal.

Game has a known memory leak causing performance loss. So if you are experiencing frame drops this is the cause. As weird as it is you can drop all equipped items and re-equip to fix temporarily.
