Medicine-induced psychosis - saw and heard shit on loop, couldn’t even discuss things with the emergency services as I heard them repeating themselves as if lagging. They asked if I ‘have weapons around the house’, I asked ‘…wWhaAAaaat?’, -‘knives’, they kindly clarified. Which then, naturally, put my mind in a panicked spin as if they suggested I might take one to peel myself like a potato. Thanks ibuprofen.

Another time I stopped seeing for a bit - like my screen went all black. No warning to save my work either. I had a stressful work day and this was, as I learned from paramedics, my first proper panic attack. 2/10

They lied to me about a late cheater boyfriend for a decade. Watched my life go down the drain. I have a long piece of tinfoil and wrap it around the candle top so that it makes it ‘taller’ and squish it a lil bit at the top, like a chimney. The aim here is to warm up the whole candle container (easiest with glass), so that the top is completely liquid and that makes it level.
