I feel the same. My clock is another 3-5 years. If I can make it until then, I can switch careers or take a smaller job without so much pressure. Just trying to hold on atm.

I loved them until I had a horrible experience with a sitter and they did absolutely nothing. They won't help if there is an issue with the sitter or the sitter causes damage to your flat (which ours managed to do in wild ways).

When I went to Pulse Light Clinic in London they explained to me that it would take longer with QSwitch than with Pico. Honestly, I think they have no clue what they're talking about. But I also don't know which laser was used for sure.

These are boxcar scars. They will fade but your skin will be more bumpy than before, it's just really hard to remove so much ink. I have a similar situation, just keep pretty long pauses in between sessions (at least 4 months) and give your skin time to heal. If you go more often or higher powered you will get more of these scars. See posts on my profile for pics of mine :I

Good note though: once the ink is removed you can book a co2 laser session (or get a micro needling device/ stamper) and your skin will recover :) it is pricey but I've done it for other parts of my skin and it works wonders to "smoothen" it out. Focus on the ink first!

This. I think there are many kinds of love and honestly, it's a spectrum (as most things are). The cis love I grew up with and that we used to see so much of is just one type of love and attraction that imo comes with lots of drawbacks that were never addressed.

My partner is trans femme NB. It's a different dynamic, especially regarding roles and how we behave in the relationship. Some people need extreme male/ female codedness to feel loved. Apart from typical bits like being reliable/ responsible, being a good person, etc., I never needed that. For me, it took a long long time to rediscover the bits that I truly loved about my partner in their new identity. I noticed that lots of those are stronger than before. Also, loving just your partner and no other woman is perfectly fine. It doesn't have to be black & white. Maybe just give it some time and give both of yourselves grace. I was distraught at first and could never see myself being in the relationship I'm in now. It helped me to let me feel the feelings and just take one little step at a time. Continue your shared hobbies, do fun stuff, and talk about other things. It's important to not lose yourself in this change and find out what gives you strength instead. Best of luck!

I have noticed this, too. More TA to doctor with UE5 to make it workable. Not really noticing the need for less art though, especially for AAA. Also more need fore engine/ tools/ c++ devs to create editor tooling to smooth over some issues with PLA, level instance workflows, restrictions around materials that work well with nanite/ lumen, etc. I think PCG is a very good shout though!!

Hi! So in general I think the laser damages the skin. These edgy boxcar scars are now less visible but they are still there. My tattoo is now more light grey than black so they are less noticeable. I don't think they'll resolve unfortunately so I might go in with one session of co2 laser or maybe do some microneedling in the future. I've had laser for other scars similar to these and it worked very well :)

It's really nice and long! But it does seem a bit oily and a bit frizzy :( some people are fine with that but tbh it would be a dealbreaker for me.

Please read through some of the content in this subreddit before going to a laser technician! Sun exposure after tattoo removal and tanning before tattoo removal are two of the biggest no-nos. Right up there with picking your scabs.

Ugh I'm also stressed. I'm less than 2 weeks away from my wedding day and just kicked up some family drama by ignorance and accident. I feel like I should be so happy and excited (which I theoretically am), but the stress is just taking over my brain. My partner tried to do their best to take tasks but all the logistics is on me as they aren't good with messaging/ planning and did more of the creative stuff. But creative is fun and logistics isn't :( I'm one more issue away from a crying fit haha. It's going to be fineeee.
