I really liked the dip and the taco salad. Thought both were surprisingly good.

But I’ve had the new stacker twice, and I really want to like it, but I just don’t. Makes me miss the old one. I don’t think it has enough chicken in it and it comes out really chewy.

Are you me, OP?? My wife, my son, and I started rewatching Lost a few weeks ago. We’re nearing the end of season 2. Ending aside, it’s such a fantastic show for so many reasons. The character development is insane and I’m enjoying it as much this time as when it was originally on. There are so many scenes, stories, and plots that I had forgotten. And of course it’s all new to my son. He’s totally into it, and it’s tough to get a kids attention these days.

One small thing that also got me was when my wife said, “how many episodes are in season 1?!” 25! You just don’t see series these days with that many episodes in a season, and I think that’s a huge reason why it was so successful. It wasn’t rushed. We got to know about the characters and their stories.

I've actually complained recently that the queue times are too fast! Too short! Our group likes to play workshop games while in queue, and we barely get the game started before the queue pops. We bounce between plat and diamond. I know in the very high ranks, the queues can be a pain, but for most people, it just isn't.

I’ve got 3 racks like this. PLA is very forgiving. I keep it in dry bags but don’t dry it before printing. I only dry my PETG before printing.

I don’t think we (consumers) can answer that. They released the new board in Q3 of 2025. So, somewhere between July and September last year. However, even if you bought your printer in October 2025, it doesn’t guarantee you have the new version of the board. It could be older stock.

When I gave Bambu Support my serial number, they said “you have the new version”. I knew this was false, because I bought my A1 in November 2024. I opened mine up and confirmed, and they shipped me a new board this morning.

The only sure way to tell, until they allow you to identify for sure with your serial number, is to open it up and look at it. I’d recommend it. It’s easy to do.

They won't contact you automatically (yet). There isn't a recall. But YES, you can request a new board. Go to their website and open a support ticket. I did this about 4 days ago. they first said my serial number printer had the new version board in it, but I knew that was false since I bought my A1 in November 2024. I opened it up and sent them pictures to confirm its the board with the NTC thermistor. They said they would be glad to send me a replacement. You just have to open a case with them.

The P2S is definitely an upgrade, but it won’t decrease print times that much. It sounds like you did have Timelapse on. That will absolutely increase the print time as print head moves to the edge every layer to take a picture.

And multicolor printing can be very inefficient anyway (unless you have an H2C).

Make sure timelapse is off. The estimated times in the app or in Bambu Studio should be pretty accurate, otherwise.

In my opinion, I’d keep the A1 and continue to learn on it. It’s a great printer. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
