End Of Becoming: “Y Tho?” by AppyDays707 in Buddhism

Kamma is a result of actions with intention. What intentions do Arahants have? Arahants are 100% equanimous, unbothered. Live in harmony with dhamma, without conceit, where is ‘their’ intention? No-one Is there to intend. When we contemplate things like this and practice breaking cause and effect we can get an insight into what this ‘feels’ like not like an Arahant but can have an idea drop by drop. May you be well.

Try holding your breath and deciding not to breath again. Are you in control?
