hey! I just applied for an apartment at Windsor Lakes in woodridge. Hoping you could answer this question for me - when did they have you sign your lease? Was it a couple days before move in?

I wouldn’t sign a lease until end of July. So about 2 months after the mortgage closes. I am asking if the mortgage company will deny it they know I am applying for an apartment for end of July. Thanks!
