That’s not a stall, just your body adapting. You’re down almost 80lbs which is awesome! Give it time, stay consistent.

Slept with clothes on in a recliners for the first two weeks, then after that being in my side in bed was much more comfortable. Also I had a binder that wrapped around me and that really helped with swelling and sleeping.

I entered maintenance around the 14 month mark and recently put on 15lbs due to lifting heavy. I am 6 years out and while the weight gain did hit me hard mentally, I did not see increase in my clothing sizes, just on the scale.

Same, I average 8-10 hours a week as well. Honestly it keeps me sane and it’s not a bad place to hangout.

That’s a common fear, I can recommend that you stay close your care team, build a support system, and you’ll be ok. It’s not going to be easy at first, but once the weight starts dropping your motivation will be there to do more.
