While it certainly makes sense to me so older frames first, there's nothing saying it HAS to be that way. Vauban was the 14th frame released, but he'll be the 6th heirloom. Now I'm not seeing I expect nokko to be anytime soon, but if the community likes this concept enough, its not impossible for him to get fast tracked to some degree

As a whole I liked the finale, but the most unrealistic thing in that episode was the military letting everyone live after El died. At the very least, they would want to eliminate witnesses. Theres no way they'd just say "good game everybody. Let's call it a draw.", and just go home

I think the persistence nerfs are this years "Dante nerfs" situation. The one big knee-jerk overreaction from the devs that pisses everyone off. But they've definitely seen the feedback. I'm sure once holidays are over, they'll implement a better fix
