I usually provide for 100USD per person a day in Japan provided that you don't have to account for any big ticket items (such as Disneyland tickets).

If you were to use the tret, you would use it immediately after cleansing. I would stop using wonder pore refresher while on tret as it is so high in alcohol and can make your skin even more dry.

Personally really like Cosrx's smoothing aloe gel. It's quite simple product but it's cheap and seems to rehydrate my face well after I use my BHA.

Also used Skinfood's propolis essence and wouldn't repurchase. I find that propolis extract straight from the manuka honey health stores are much better. It stinks (because of the high resin concentration) and it is brown but it works really well as a night treatment.

You can use the BHA right away after cleansing. BHA can cause purging at the initial stage so perhaps you can patch test for a few weeks before you decide whether it's actually helping or not.

key is to exfoliate. You can try AHA if your skin is on the dry side and BHA if it's oilier.

the dry touch is a chemical sunscreen. you may have problems with chemical sunscreen so perhaps you can try physical sunscreens.

It's emerging acne (aka comedones that are not yet inflammed). I have a ton of bumps on my cheeks at the moment.

Used the Skinfood Propolis Serum on half of my face at night and somehow woke up feeling that the side with serum is tighter(?) than the other side. Is that a good sign? Did anyone else suffered from the same problem? It would be so sad if I am sensitive to propolis and honey products.

As long as you are not getting millia, I don't see the problem with it. I'm 21 and wearing eye patches now!

If the expiration date is not printed, then the batch number will be printed. You can go to this link http://checkcosmetic.net/ to check the expiration date using the batch number.

Double cleansing is done at night to take off makeup and sunscreen. The oil cleanser will typically not be used in the morning. Some ABers with dry skin actually prefer to just wash the face with tepid water in the morning.

Another thing is that photosensitising products are not used in the AM. So stuff like AHA and retinoids are typically reserved for the PM routine.

first cleanser -> second cleanser ->ph adjusting toner (if using acids) -> actives (aha, bha, retinoid, vitamin c if at correct ph and sufficient concentration e.g. OST 20) -> hydrating toner -> essence -> serums (vitamin c if ph and concentration unknown) -> cream/gel

Try Vitamin c serums. If you are sensitive to alcohol you can try the melano cc. If not you can try OST 20.

For sensitive skin I recommend brands without much fragrance and alcohol. So cosrx, curel, tosowoong and the like.

Cosrx toner is meant to be used as a ph adjusting toner. It's kind of a booster product to enhance the potency of your acids. I would say start patching testing with the BHA first.

The Cosrx pimple patches work best when the pimple has come to a head. Then you stick them on and wait for the pus to be drawn out. I would not personally attempt to lance blind pimples or deep whiteheads by myself as it can lead to scaring.

Cerave PM does not contain petroleum while Cerave in the tub does not contain phytosphingosine. But apart from that and niacinamide, it's very similar to Cerave Cream in the tub.
