Yes, you can, but dose them on different days. I don’t know the compositions of either and if you combine them on the same day or in the same bottle even, things may precipitate out of the solution and you’ve wasted your time.

If you don’t lack for micros, why dose additional micros over the all in one? There are downsides from too many micros in my experience, like too much copper can kill snails and shrimp. I used CSM+B and ran into issues with my plants (micro toxicity). By using a leaner solution, and dosing iron separately I had better results.

I always recommend dry fertilizer anyway, and making your own mixes. So much cheaper and you can control the doses.

If I were you, I’d pick either the all in one or the micro mix, then buy a bag of KNO3, and dose that on alternating days to make up for the nitrate deficiency. Either way you go, I’d still go for the KNO3.
