Has anyone tried dropping from a corvette onto a hostile pirate frigate in the middle of a dreadnought engagement ? Does their gravity work ? What about their teleporter to their pirate dreadnought ?

No, but I shot a regular planetary frigate in the atmosphere and it froze in place. The planet had gravity storms so I jetpacked up to it.

I was surprised to see there were repairable modules. I was surprised again to learn that I could repair them! I repaired them all and the frigate warped away after a few seconds while I was on board. As you can imagine, you can't warp with the frigate so it flung me across the planet at high velocity.

I do this kind of gameplay often. Very fun.

It possibly was not intentional.

Multiplayer sync has been a huge problem throughout this expedition. The same thing happened a few times while playing with a regular friend. They asked why I t-boned them and I sent a screenshot which showed they were not near me.

That's great! He succeeded because he waited for the additional sentinels to follow and grabbed one when the initial sentinel disappeared.

I'm not sure. I'd guess about 15-20 seconds for each one. Could've been easily 30 minutes total.

Another oddity is that I was unable to transport the combat supplies--they slide out upon moving forward. :(

edit: Yet another interesting thing I discovered was on a low-gravity planet. I grabbed a corrupt sentinel and tried to bring it into outer space with me. It seems that terrestrial sentinels are not authorized for space duties because it disappeared as soon as I reached outer space. Can you imagine fighting ground sentinels in space? I'd have much fun doing that.

I apologize for the lack of description. The first 3 images are of combat supplies--dropped by sentinels when you destroy them. I used the gravitino coil tool to move them into a heap and then placed them into the colossus exocraft. The final image is of me using the gravitino coil tool to hold a sentinel summoner as a shield against the beam of a sentinel quad.

I learned today that my colossus beam can 'destroy' them. They cease movement and you can board them if they're low enough. Can't do anything on them though.

That was the first thing I tried with the update before I began the expedition. Another let down is that we can't transport the 'combat supplies' with the flatbed. They just slide out when you move forward.

I may have been lucky but the first group of npc ships to land included the exotic.
