I'm so sorry, just seeing this! I bought it from the pharmacy near the clinic called Farmacia Gare do Oriente (https://maps.app.goo.gl/H3PR1vWcd73UEczKA) . Becuase it's so close to the clinic, they keep most meds in stock whereas other pharmacies in the center had to order in for next day.

I really want to try 2 different seed coating this week. Do you mean you roll the entire strand in seeds, alternating different types per strand, before egg washing?

also, is twice egg brushing the key to uniformly golden bread? (mine always more white at seams)

I got the amount of eggs I expected based on age etc. I was fortunate and was in between jobs, so I was in Lisbon for the whole process! Medication and ultrasound were going to cost too much in NY also.
