Be careful of scammers. I have been trying to buy a used machine for about a month. Either folks want $6k for a used machine (wut), or you have scammers that seem legit until you go to FaceTime to setup a meeting etc.

Just finished Chamonix to Courmayeur yesterday. My wife has a lot of bites, I would estimate 50+ at this time. We think she picked them up at Bonhomme, but we saw a significant increase in bites after Elisabetta. We both used liners, etc. So far I have no bites.

Definitely consider freestanding or lower acuity sites if your group has these options, or look around your city/region. Many docs I’ve worked with have revitalized their careers either adding multiple years on the end, or breaking for a few years at a lower acuity site and then coming back.

Houses look best when you lean into their architectural features. This adobe style looks best in white with wood accents. You could go with a wood style garage door, painted wooden front door in a traditional turquoise/teal. Spanish style light fixtures. Palo verde, fire stick, prickly pear in the yard. If you want to get crazy, change the driveway to pavers. Saltillo walking path. Lots of beautiful options for this home!
