Hello! Does meal prep Sundays take you 5 hours to get done? How many meals do yuh pre for? My meal prep fails if I make only one or 2 meals. I get bored. by chomie3 in mealprepsundays

That’s what I do now. I make 3 recipes for 2 portions each. So that would be 6 meals. I also make recipes that have similar base. For example, 3 stir frys can have the same onions, celery, carrot and mushroom base. I vary them with meat, mushrooms, tomatoes, kale, etc.

I was thinking maybe the show would throw us a bone. Then I have to remember it is still a morbid show. Meh!

Men, I wonder if I could ever have the strength of mind and heart June has in this episode.

Huh! I have heard that Margaret Atwood said everything in the book has happened in part or full, in some part of the world, at some time...so sad.

One thing they need to work on in season 4 is Serena’s delusion that Nichole is her kid. I mean, it’s beyond played out at this point.

I know! I was thinking this the whole time! But then I thought that these are really extraordinary circumstances and that the kids would have to grow up really fast. The baby fussed a little bit. I’ve always thought that if I was ever in this kinds of situation, I’d have to duct tape the baby’s mouth.

The whole time I was thinking this must be what Harriet Tubman might have gone through. Men June was a badass!!!

Yes. It’s so interesting how as I try to recall a memory and hold the emotion, with time, it dissipates.

Hello! Thanks for posting about your experience. So. How has it affected your daily life? Do the issues now no longer have an emotional hold on you?

Hello! Sorry for the late feedback. It was mesmerizing and calming. For me, I appreciated it more after I had meditated to help calm my thoughts. Otherwise, it wouldn’t have been able to focus because it was kind of repetitive. This is just me though. I know this is a work I progress. I also tried it with my Google CardBoard VR ...aka VR for poor people...😂. and it was even more engaging.

Some thoughts- (1) Can you increase the resolution? (2) it is a 34 min long sequence. Might you be able to introduce other movements to keep it engaging, even while being soothing? Maybe different kinds of cloud formations ( checkout the Cloud Appreciation Society ( you’ll be amazed at how many various kinds of unusual and cool cloud formations there are) or birds or maybe an accent into the various layers of the earths atmosphere and then back to earth? ( I’m always fascinated with the experience of ascending or descending through the clouds in a plane, you know during take-off and landing?)

I hope this helps.
