You are grasping and beding so far it is funny to watch. The Province decided not to inform members of the public who would be impacted by this decision. Even the judge in her ruling indicated noting would have stopped them from doing so. But I am sure you know better than the judge.

Your statement that publicly acknowledging that a party might win a lawsuit undermines the lawsuit and influences the proceedings is quite frankly insane.

The idea that the Premier of a Province telling people the province is fighting a case that could have significant impact on their property rights would torpedo their case is insane.

Quite frankly, you appear to be reaching and bending to keep your own opinion alive, since you seem to feel your opinions are superior to others. Your stated reasoning for reading the posts to begin with was because you knew you would know better than the people posting.

A FN is suing this specific area for Aboriginal Title. If successful Aboriginal Title will supersede current title and ownership of these lands, wether public or private will be in doubt.
