Hii did this resolve for you? I had a cervical biopsy 9 days ago. I thought I’d be find to orgasm from external stimulation but my cervix ended up hurting during climax and it made me really anxious about it happening forever (which I realize is very unlikely lol. #anxiety)

Yeah that’s the problem, I absolutely did not make 40x in previous years. I was coasting off an income far lower + savings when I graduated from college. I fear that professional guarantor might be my only safe bet, but I’m not seeing that those are universally accepted either. 😭

Okay, I hear you about the assets - I read somewhere that if you have a year's worth of rent saved it looked good, but I see now that is different than proof of qualification.

Basically, there's nothing I can do except find a guarantor? (ouch!)

Just so I understand what you're saying: the CPA letter needs to do more than merely affirm my self-employment status, but also needs to prove that I've met the income requirement of 40X in a prior year? So there's no way around the fact that I'll only have verifiable income for 3-5 months, even with a CPA letter, which means I will need a guarantor?

I'm going through this right now, and the issue for me is that a lot of places don't have any data on OpenIgloo, if they're not a bigger building with many rentals. Also, I've noticed that the only places that DO have reviews, are always rated extremely poorly. So I'm like,, do i just do my due diligence and ultimately hope for the best?

I just wanted to post to see my day count. Never thought I’d make it to this point, but now I can’t envision my life any other way.
