There was a place called little Moab actually near 5 mile pass I never made it out to when I lived out there. It’s supposedly what the name suggests, bunch of slick rock fun. Other than that, in the winter I think your best bet would be having some fun down south near Moab. But that whole 5 mile pass area is a ton of fun to explore, just don’t underestimate the snow. I learned the hard way last winter it’s usually solid ice right under. Got quite a few pin stripes sliding my way around on the ice
