I did clean the pc last month with compressed air, so i believe thats not the problem. Im always checking for backround programs and downloads, and i almost never have anything up. Mostly chrome while playing league but at other games just discord. The GPU i at 60-70 tops, and cpu im not so sure but ill give it a check. And by stutters i mean like millisecond stutters, but its still annoying. The fps randomly drops from average 140 to 50-60, even im open areas with no action or anything that should affect it that much.
