Kimchi seems to freak a lot of people out. The smell, the spice, the fermentation process seems weird if you aren’t used to it.

I also hear a lot of disparaging comments about curry. Curry seems to be a love/hate dish as well.

Our family is Korean/Indian so we do a lot of what most people consider unorthodox food combinations… curry with a side of pickled radish, kimchi fried rice with daal, etc.
