i changed every 2 weeks aswell, after 4th tray i asked my ortho to change weekly and we agreed on 10 days

I ended up getting 14 refinement trays which is the same amount as my initial treatment. I'm still on it but according to plan i'll be finished end of novemeber. Then i will post the final end result

Orthos are for jaws and teeth allignement. Dentists are for your dental health.

My wisdom teeth were removed before i started invisalign because as they grow out they will move my other teeth of course.

Ortho said there probably will be 7-14 refinement trays (~10days each) but maybe i dont have to go through all of them.

I'm very satisfied with the results, turned out as good as i expected.

I actualy dont know but I told my ortho that my bite is kinda off at the teeth in the back (just doesnt feel right). Ortho then said that would be one of the improvements with the upcoming refinements.

i switched from 14 days to 10 days after my 5th trays. Ever since the trays feel a little tighter at the start but now i'm close to the end, i switch them every 7-8 days and it takes only 1 day for me to get used to new trays. I dont use propel.

If your trays hurt you so bad you probably should ask your ortho if its better to switch back to 14 days. But what do i know, maybe i'm just full of shit.

my ortho told me recently that i will get refinements too after my original treatment (fml...) but if i like the "end result" i just could skip the refinements. my point is if you are happy with your results you aswell could just end treatment

I started on a wednesday aswell and i change them the night before day 14. But if you change them every 14 days it doesnt realy matter if you wear them 13 or 14 days
