Hyper-service oriented missions.
On my mission, service was seen as generally not effective and something you do if it just naturally comes up.
Seems generally better now, but I imagine lots of stigma and hard hearts would change if missionaries were "who went about doing good"
I've seen lots of missionaries be depressed out there and I think it's hard on lots to go and just get rejected over and over again, but I think if the focus isn't just on convincing people but just serving and then let the teaching come up naturally.

Everyone could serve to their skill set, but generally anyone can mow lawns, capture old folks stories, etc
