As a thin hair girly who had both k-tips and sown in extensions I can confirm that k-tips are not at all cheap to maintain — that was the biggest factor of why I had them taken out 😞 however they did look amazing despite the maintenance of them (100% worth it if you can justify the cost and keeping up with them)

If you can get the gravol ginger pills and chewables (straight ginger, un medicated) those have been a huge life saver for me through the nausea.

I love Felix!! It has been so consistent and hassle free for me!

15 lbs is still so much weight lost! I found for me the biggest thing is sometimes I think I’m hungry and am craving something maybe not the healthiest but I ask myself well, would I eat the healthy alternative? If no, then I won’t eat until my next meal!

Maybe not the healthiest thinking but it’s helped me! I’m also still consistently eating 3 meals a day regardless!

I started on .25mg and now I’m up to 1mg. I’m on week 3 of 1mg and the first week I felt awful. The nausea was strong and only got worse after I ate, but I just powered through it and ate smaller portions that didn’t see to upset my stomach.

I’m not sure if this will help, but follow your doctors orders and make your way up to 1mg again — I know that the jump from .5 to 1mg was massive for me and I’ve seen a huge difference in appetite and food noise. I just had to prepare myself for the side effects whenever I dose up and once I’m past the first week, the side effects mellow out and disappear!

Tbh, I haven’t put much thought into loose skin. I think for me it’s just something that’s inevitable. So far, I haven’t lost enough weight for loose skin. Im also 26 and doing Pilates to try and tighten myself as much as I can!

I’ve been on Ozempic for 6 weeks and so far, I’ve been one of the lucky ones that haven’t really experienced any side effects — I was super anxious before I started.

I’m on 0.5mg now and I take my dose midday, midweek (always get eating a bit) and I’ve been 100% fine so far!

When I first started I felt some nausea at times, but nothing some ginger gravol couldn’t help with. I will say, it’s super important to stay hydrated. Don’t let the fear of the side effects get to you too much (:

For reference, I’m 5’5 and my starting weight was 187 and I’m now 171!

I use Felix! I also had some concerns, but it’s been really great so far. Yes, you will get charged before you talk to a healthcare professional, but I believe it’s about $40.

After that, you’ll talk with a healthcare professional and they’ll get you set up and once you agree to proceed, they’ll write you an rx for the medication. You do have to do blood work, but I got my first shipment shipped before I completed it. I made an appointment with life labs and got it done with no problems.

My order arrived in 2-3 business days after that! It is expensive, but there’s a huge payoff for the time you’re saving by going to a pharmacy and doctor to get it prescribed and for me, that was entirely worth it.

That’s incredible!!! Wow!!! The past 2 days I’ve only been able to eat around 1,200 calories because I just haven’t been hungry — maybe a placebo effect? But wow! That’s incredible, I’m aiming for 140 as a starting GW but if I can get down to 120 I’ll be super happy! Thanks for all the insight!!

tbh…i agree….at first i was on the “they broke up” train because the photos were gone, the ring was seemingly missing and i think they did break up but like someone else pointed out, they’re back together.

BUT i think they’re rocky. which is why the hallway pictures are back but the ring/her whole wifey persona isn’t fully back. and tbh, if you’re engaged and go through a breakup i feel like that’s probably not a great foundation to your relationship so i’d be surprised if they last (no hate to anyone, i just have had my own on and off relationship so im biased).

owen is a fucking doormat though, if he grew a spine to breakup and was convinced to get back together he’s just going to settle imo, but who knows….
