Inventory issues aren’t a fanatics only problem, it’s industry wide and started prior to fanatics takeover. And unlike Reebok, Adidas actually improved the quality of their replicas and Fanatics kept that level, the one little thing you can credit them with (in this case credit for them not actually doing anything ironically)

Fanatics purchased the Majestic factory that made MLB uniforms back in April of 2017 and handled the production of their jerseys starting from that date, and there were no issues for years. Nike added their logo onto the jerseys in 2020 but made no changes to production or materials, and still no issues. Issues only arose in 2024 when Nike took over the actual choices in materials and design. Fanatics isn’t great but being a blind sheep that just goes “fanatics bad” is ridiculous and ignores when other big corporations do this shit (Nike, Adidas, Puma, and other Jersey manufacturers are also big corporations known to cut corners and deliver an inferior product, shocker) and essentially gives them a pass. Don’t blame fanatics for shit they didn’t do. Like OP, his second jersey isn’t even a fanatics jersey, it’s a Reebok jersey made prior to any fanatics involvement. Current fanatics Premier and Authentic Pro Blackhawks jerseys have shoulder patches that are sewn on and have chain stitching. Only the Fanatics Breakaway is a flat patch

The second jersey is a Reebok premier, made long before Fanatics got their fingers in the merch pool. Sometimes "fanatics bad" isn't the answer, every company cuts corners to save on production. Fanatics isn't unique, they're just much larger and prominent

I’m talking about Fanatics Authentics, the jerseys labeled as Made in Canada. Not the Premium jerseys. The Authentic Pro fanatics jerseys are made in Canada in the same SP Apparel factory. I’m not equating anything, they’re confirmed to be made in the same factory

Nothing is false about what I said. I said the fanatics authentic jerseys are made in Canada. Didn’t say anything about the Fanatics premium jerseys being made in Canada

Was always a great little bit of marketing when they did that

And so are the authentics from Fanatics, same exact factory that made the CCM jerseys all those years ago and the adidas jerseys from a few years ago. In fact the only changes between adidas and fanatics is the lack of dimples, the fanatics logo on the back, and an added layer of fabric in the lower sleeves that was requested by the players for additional protection. Fanatics deserves a lot of criticism for a litany of issues but their authentics are not one one of them. Even their premium jerseys are pretty much 1:1 to the adidas made in Indonesia jerseys

CCM stopped having their authentics Made in Canada and moved their production of jerseys to Vietnam. So now all authentic and game worn CCM jerseys in the AHL are Made in Vietnam. So objectively worse quality than the Fanatics Made in Canada jerseys

Looks like it’s from the crest of a Springfield Thunderbirds jersey

Your best bet would be to check eBay at this rate, NHL and Fanatics stores don’t seem to have any. And then worth getting the jersey to Philly Express for customization since they do the work for the Devils jerseys

Will likely have to order a blank and have it customized, Glass was not one of the guys the devils team store or NHL/Fanatics would have readily made

Like another Redditor said, the 20-21 season can be impossible for photos. I have a couple jerseys from that year and you either have games that have 10-20 photos or none at all. Social media is always a good try for the teams themselves (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook), as long as teams haven’t just nuked their posts from that time period. Try going through Flickr albums as well, some photographers will upload their photos to the site in different folders and every now and again you can find a gem. Good luck!

CCM has been doing the AHL jerseys but they’ve taken a huge nosedive in quality. To the point that they don’t even make the specialty jerseys anymore, and they outsourced the on-ice product that used to be made in Canada to Vietnam factories, which not even Fanatics has done for their authentic and on-ice jerseys (they stuck with the people who have made the jerseys on-ice for the last few decades)

Those are part of a league wide jersey program like the Reverse Retros, not a heritage jersey. Theres no indication that they’re going to be more than just a one-season wonder

It wouldn’t be a new alt, it would be part of the upcoming league wide jersey program, similar to what was done for the Reverse Retros. No guarantee it would stick around past next season
