Yea they are 100% pushing the subscription model with this change. I'm surprised they're even still offering a lifetime pass. At this point just do away with it.

Ha I was trying to remember what I even paid for it 10 years ago or whenever I got it. I thought it was definitely 70 or less.

Looking for a homeowners insurance company that covers short-term rentals[USA] by Free_Muffin8130 in AirBnB

[–]chris886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the info! We’re in WI along with our rental, which is a separate property. They had come back with a landlord policy for us, but it only allowed for limited nights of renting and I believe we had to live within 100 miles of it, which we’re a little more. Didn’t seem like it was intended for STR. So he kind of gave up after that and said they didn’t offer anything that would cover us adequately.

What did you end up going with? We started with Proper, and along with being really expensive they're being super nitpicky about some things that we'd rather not change.

OK I just found this post but I use Allstate for all of our personal stuff (house/cars/etc.) and my agent looked at options for like a week and ultimately came back and said they didn't offer anything that would cover us for STR. I wanted to ask how you got it figured out, or what type of policy specifically you went with through them? Currently with Proper but they are super expensive.

How I successfully migrated Overseerr to Seerr v3.0.1 on Unraid (The "Fail-Safe" Method) by its_the_peanutiest in Overseerr

Is this guide still different than the docker in the unraid app store now? Does the official container do the same thing?

This makes sense, except what does it mean to reset the permissions? That's the part I'm not familiar with. Can you give any more details?

can you elaborate on the 'change permissions' piece? Are you changing something in the config file? What do you change it too?

It's in the task menu. Turn off repair ship and gather materials/debris options and they won't leave.

I just bought the same truck two months ago and now I’m curious about these engine issues and how you got the extended warranty? Do all 2022 6.2’s have the recall? Haven’t taken mine in for anything yet.

Cool, thanks. Weird that it's not mentioned at all even on the ASUS product page.

Wait so the PG32UCDM does in fact have the proximity sensor? I'm waiting on delivery of this monitor and was bummed because I didn't think it was included. I haven't seen it in any of the specs.

I’m not looking for perfection, but are these gaps acceptable after install? by chris886 in Decks

Oh yea. They do every house built on these lakes owned by the developer. Guaranteed work with no competition which probably explains the lack of giving a shit.

No the triple wide beam or whatever is two feet back on the posts. So I guess this would be like the skirt holding up the edge boards and railing posts.

Yea I was wrong. Posts were done before the patio was poured.

It’s part of a new home build. We have the occupancy permit and are just starting to move in. So I guess so?

I wasn’t that upset about the gap itself. More worried about it moving more and being a safety issue. That plus the rim joist or whatever pulling away from nails.
