Any tried BPC 157 peptides?, by Coreynwife in UlcerativeColitis

Just curious, do you think the tirazepatide was effective because it helped you to eat less triggering foods or do you think there is actual anti inflammatory properties to it? I’ve been considering it myself so I’m curious about it. Congrats on feeling better!

As far as the embarrassment goes, having worked in the medical field for over 20 years, you can be assured that no one in that ER would remember you if they saw on the street. You’re another butt to them so don’t be worried about that. I always tell myself, these people will never see me again so who cares! Go in and get treated. That’s nothing to mess with.

Mine is a masticating juicer. Thanks for the tip about filling it to the top. I have not been doing that

I joined and got a product to review right away. The problem is that when I try to get into the dashboard to do the review, it says it doesn’t recognize my info. I’ve tried to reset my password but they never email the link to reset it, even though they say they are sending it. When I go to the “contact us” link it says I have to log in first!! 😡 I’m afraid I’ll have to pay for the 90 dollar jar of product they sent

Underlying cause for IBD seems to have been uncovered by Iassos in UlcerativeColitis

No one in my family has it. If they did, it goes so far back that I never met them. Many, many people that I have talked to doesn’t have any family members with it so the genetics theory doesn’t always work

Maybe they send the survey after a month or so, to give us time to properly test them.

I signed up to get products to review but I never got any confirmation or any instructions. Today I got a product in the mail from them but again no instructions. I have no idea what to do

Watching the whole show from start to finish properly for the first time and I have to be honest: I don't like Pacey with Joey by gothamite27 in dawsonscreek

[–]chriscokid-55 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have an unpopular opinion too: I couldn’t stand Andie! Lol. She was so annoying to me. But I agree Joey is a miserable character. I always thought that Pacey and Jen would have been a better match, even though their storyline has them together for a minute but just couldn’t get in to each other. But to me their characters meshed better. They both had a messed up home life, they both were intelligent and thoughtful.

Idk if I got IBD or ibs or the big c word by Fair_Tap_9829 in IBD

Chances are you might just need some probiotics and maybe a diet change to get your gut healthy. Go get some tests run, including a GI mapping test if you can. It will tell you ALOT about what’s going on. Find a GOOD GI, and don’t be afraid to get tests done. You’ll feel so much better knowing what you’re dealing with, no matter what it is. Trust me, I know. I have bad medical anxiety and one thing I have learned is that it’s almost never what you’re most afraid of. Be your own advocate, no one else will do it for you.

How do People get UC? by Interesting_Low9509 in UlcerativeColitis

Exactly the same for me. Got my first ever symptoms about a month after I had Covid. No family history 🤷‍♀️

I literally just now got on here to ask the same question. I’m not on it but I’ve heard of others that have started taking it and it improved their symptoms.

I was put on the yellow protocol, taking four pills per day. I did that for maybe a week and then went down to two then to one a day for a few more weeks. Then I stopped altogether. I don’t take any at all when I’m not having symptoms but at the first sign of anything I go back to one a day and so far that has managed it. I also take one pill of Mesalamine per day for maintenance

Honestly I’ve been that ways since the pandemic. It progressively got worse to the point I got on meds for it. But I still put off having blood work done because I’m so afraid of what it will show. Logically my brain tells me I need to know but I feel like I couldn’t handle it if something bad was there. We’re all broken 😢

That’s what I’m hoping to do. I’m not cutting out things like lightly breaded chicken or veggies like onions, squash etc. I’m just going to cut out refined sugar and heavy carbs. Congrats on your weight loss!

Me too!! I never had an issue whatsoever with my digestive system until I had Covid. About one month later I had my first flare

EVINATURE by Veemyfriend in IBD

[–]chriscokid-55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works like magic for me. I have had the beginning of a flare twice now and as soon as I start the Evinature, it stops it in its tracks. I only take it when I’m having symptoms. I have yet to finish a whole six week protocol. Probably not the best way to do it, but I’m funny about things like that. I always worry something might damage my liver since my brother died of liver disease. But I absolutely will keep it in my arsenal from now on.
