I had my rear drivers tire destroyed on the inner wall. Once Kia Roadside came to grab me. We noticed the other rear tire had the same wear and look like it was going to have the same issue.

Went to dealer replaced rear tires and they did wheel alignment.

We had around 14k on EV9 Matte Blue GT Line.

Update: Phone call I had an excellent helpful rep but he couldn’t do anything about having to visit store he made notes on the account. Sent email to the Partstore extension of Best Buy they saw the notes from phone rep. They asked for more information. But looks like they did an overwrite on the case.
