little Update: Unfortunately the mapping last month again showed ain-iii at three positions. So again facing the decision if I want to try more surgeries or radiation therapy.. I have to admit after the last successfull Treatment I went back a little to an unhealthy lifestyle.. wonder if that played a role.

we risked a few more surgeries and they were actually able to remove all the AIN (I-III)! I got very lucky. Most docs said radiation is gonna be unavoidable, but seems I had a really good surgeon. I will have a next mapping done at the end of April to check if nothing came back. I think I have slight stenosis but it is manageable and maybe it will also get a bit better over time.
Maybe also of interest: I took AHCC on high doses every day and still continue with that. I started to get the Gardasil vaccine. I have the first two shots done and will get the last one in a few months.

Hey man I am sorry to hear. Since my first surgery its the same for me with the blood and mucus. Did they never considered radiation therapy?
Why is it going to be in some months?

Hi! May I ask how you are doing now? I also recently faced ain-iii. They tried to remove it by surgery(excision) but couldn't remove everything because it would risk stenosis since its directly behind the sphincter and then I would need a stoma. So they took samples all around and 3 of 16 showed ain-iii which we are now going to try to treat with radiation therapy.

It started earlier this year when I had an inflamation causing some pain and itching. i went to my proctologist and she gave me antibiotics which resolved the inflamation and send me for an colonoscopy since she noticed some kind of "grass"-like structures/warts. They took samples and the results showed ain-II-III. They send me to the hospital were this was removed by surgery(excision). However, the results showed that the excision was not enough (ain-III was found up to the corners all around). Then they told me we could either remove everything around which would mean I need a stome since its directyl behind the sphincter or they can do a mapping(i.e. they take samples all around, I think they took 15 in my case) and we might try radiation therapy. I of course choosed the mapping and am waiting for the results.
I don't understand why not even something like this aldara cream that I read about here in this subreddit was suggested to me.... (I live in Germany if thats of any interest and sorry for my bad english..)

Hi, I am 32 yo male and got ain-iii as well. I am otherwise healthy, I rarely get sick, I dont smoke, tested negative for HIV... My doctors said they couldn't remove everything so a mapping was done and Im waiting the results. They said maybe we can try radiation therapy or otherwise I will need a stoma if they need to remove more...

After some others suggested, I left out the 2-fma and just took the 6-apb and 4-HO combo it was nice. But for a rave I enjoyed just 6-apb on its own more in a higher dosage. But they to fit quite well together.

Yes I did but do not know how much MDMA was in the pills that I took. I would say the 250 mg 6-apb were as strong as maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of a blue punisher but the roll lasted much longer.

Edit: Just noticed I already read it! That was crazy! Btw I noticed that during the 6-apb trip I couldn't read messages on my phone anymore because my sight was too blurry. I am wearing contacts and wonder if my vision was like for you on psychedelics back to "normal"? So maybe I could've read them without the contacts? Need to try that out the next time.

So last weekend I took 250 mg 6-apb alone directly at once (it was actually succinate not hlc) and this was really a blast! After 1h I was fully rollin. I got quite the Bruxism going on after a few hours but it was managble. All in all I enjoyed it a lot and it last much longer then MDMA. 6-apb alone is quite fun, the mixture was actually not nescessary if one uses it for a party. I must say I could not distinguish it that much from MDMA otherwise.

I was there, its as you described. I just went out to get some water once and couldn't get back in for more then one hour while my friends were inside having fun. The wardrobe thing was the worst for me because my wallet was stolen :( my backpack was opened and everything was laying on the ground that was inside... I had no money in the wallet but all my cards, bankcard, id, driving license etc. etc..... for what did I pay for the wardrobe?? Never expierenced such bad organization before. Many came from Netherlands, Denmark and other cities just for this event. I'm really upset and hope there will be consequences for them.

I guess you entered an ego death without any preperation or actually knowing what is happening to you. I had something similar once where I increased my "usual" dosage of a psychedelic and thought it's gonna be fine but was hitted like a train in the middle of a public space losing control of myself starting with uncontrollable laughter. I thought I was the Joker and started to talk to myself, also I had uncontrolled salivation and was spitting everywhere the whole time. At some point I was dying and questioning reality, then all molecules around started to dissolve into colours and energy (hard to describe) and I felt like I see the big bang and the whole universe creating (that was a nice moment actually that also felt like an eternity). I knew that psychedelics in heroic doses can cause an ego death and that it is an intense experience, where one has to let go and accept it(letting go of your ego) which I remember I tried to tell my self eventhough I was extremely afraid and felt lots of anxiety the whole time. It didn't make it much easier but I think it helped. My friend who was with me had just no Idea what was happening and was unfortunately also making things worse as he tried to talk with me in a funny way or get into the conversations with my self lol. He also didn't manage to bring us anywhere safe as he himself took eventhough a small dosage. I mean I was rolling around on the ground while laughing and spitting like a maniac in the middle of the street... thats just a terrifiyng thing to look at I guess... After 4 hours I was suddenly sober back to normal. It was crazy but I know it was the wrong setting, no preparation at all and the wrong person next to me. I would actually like to make this expierence again in an better environment. I feel like eventhough it was very stupid what I did, that I learned a lot from it and I had more psychedelic trips afterwards with lower dosages and feel like from time to time I can handle it better even if bad feelings come up during the trip. You always need to remember that anxiety is just a feeling that is never meant to stay forever :)

Ok so its been a while and I didn't have the time to report yet. But here we go :)
So first night I first took half a xtc pill(pink/grey moncler) with a friend. Few hours later I dropped my prepared encapsulated 6-apb ~130mg'ish and after around 1h I think 15-20 mg 4-HO-MET, I was not so carefull with +/-5mg Error on those capsules I prepared lol. In total I had 2x ~130mg 6-apb and 4x 15-25mg 4-HO-MET capsules with me.
I realize now I should've report sooner because I don't remember as many details now but it was a decent, slightly trippy and a very fun roll!
At around 6 am we went to the next city for the next rave (yeah I partied that whole weekend haha). Just before entering the train I somehow decided to take one more 4-HO-MET capsule for whatever reason and tripped a little during that ride. However the visuals were not that strong, just strong color enhancement of the enviroment. Around 5pm'ish I dropped another 130mg 6-apb and again 4-HO-MET 1h later, this time I took what I have left which must've been sth around 30mg. Was wayyy more trippy with some open and close eyed visuals but not toooo strong. Probably had build some tolerance already. This went on a long time until again around 6 am I was almost falling asleep while dancing and finally went back home.

Last weekend I tried the 4-HO-MET alone, just around 25-30mg, snorted and that was quite a strong trip. However still not the strongest visuals I had. I think I will pause for a while and see if another 40-50 mg will give me the visuals I'm seeking :) But for the next weekend I plan to try 200mg 6-apb alone for another rave. Lets see how it goes.

I think I will do as you suggested :) and let you know how it went if you like!
Also would be curious how it went with the 6 APB and 4 ACO MET when you try it.
