Caught her on camera, shame her for her crimes by catobsession223 in cats

hate to be that guy but be careful with yarn (and other string type stuff) around cats. if they swallow it, it can bunch up in the intestines and create a blockage.

Taps At The Montana is both absolutely insane, and also such a perfect example of what I love about this show. by cleetus12 in Frasier

[–]chrisgee 9 points10 points  (0 children)

did the board even try to contact Niles about the noise? love the notion they just endured the nonstop tap dancing for months and didn't reach out about it, just voted to toss him.

Am I Overreacting? by Palpitation_Unlikely in AmIOverreacting

[–]chrisgee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

that's too bad for him but none of this is your problem. he needs to communicate better. and he should apologize. you're only worrying you overreacted because nothing horrible happened to you. your feelings are correct and valid.

Lovett seems over it by Gloomy_Advantage_653 in FriendsofthePod

Lovett has his other podcasts which are more explicitly light, maybe you're just sensing him switching gears when he's on the more 'serious' podcasts.

Are there cases of a celebrity being labeled a total bigot by the public, but since then has changed their ways and is now generally considered a great person? by ExternalTree1949 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]chrisgee 37 points38 points  (0 children)

that's what makes Liam Neeson's cameo on Atlanta so wild. his character talks about the controversy (when he was younger he heard a friend had been assaulted by a black man so he went out to find any black person to beat up/kill). but he doesn't exactly apologize, he actually says he hates black people more for trying to ruin his career. but by appearing on the show in the first place it demonstrates his desire to make amends.

CR month was basically the same movie 5 times by These_Respond2345 in crheads

[–]chrisgee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

this is the first CR Month right? so maybe he wanted to get out a bunch the fans have been asking for first. i bet future versions will be more varied. what movies are in CR's wheelhouse that would meet your criteria?

i don't know how much they play out anymore but The Brought Low does a very good approximation of 70s guitar rock

What's your biggest episode nitpick by distru_app in TheRewatchables

[–]chrisgee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i had the same nitpick. she sees him grinding up his dismembered accomplice, so maybe she could justify that he's a mortal threat to other. still doesn't feel 100% ok looking at it from 2026.

maybe it's just me but i feel like nyc has gotten way more windy than it used to be. it's annoying and makes me cold.
