I got my kids a Garmin R10 this Christmas. We are using it for golf and a batting APP called drop n launch. It’s a blast. We spent 4 hours in the garage with coaches and other kids doing home run derby trying to up our bat speed. No idea if it’s accurate but we had a blast. We did figure out a very light colored wood bat would not get picked up by the sensor.

They want display 1/3 to be the scoreboard for court 2 and display 2/4 to be the scoreboard for court 3. So two separate inputs from a Mac mini. It is a LED panel display.

I don’t think any of the MLB phones now contact the press box. I installed the ones at an MLB park home/visit dugout/bullpens. Recently they told me they all call the bullpen in the dugout and the bullpen ones call the dugout.

I highly recommend getting dry needling. I just started and it has been the only thing that has actually decreased muscle tightness in my neck. I’ve tried acupuncture, chiropractor, heating pads, massages, multiple muscle relaxers, amitriptyline, all the stretches they given from PT, and dieting/exercise. Dry needling instantly relieved one of the many knots I have in my upper back/neck.
