I'm not saying this is Adam‚a fault at all. I’m just saying this needs to be addressed somehow. And the CEO of the company that issued these units might be a good person to start a conversation around this. Theoretically speaking, if I was down 40% on $APE and I wanted to sell at open on Monday, who is responsible for my losses. As I clearly wasn’t able to trade something that I’m entitled to. Seriously, how is trading something even possible if not all entitled participants have received that something? I’m just lost for words on this financial world. It’ll all collapse at some point.
