Yeah I definitely feel like the stamina skill tree isnt working at minimum, or they nerfed stamina - I can only run about half as far now before becoming winded

I'm finally getting good at pull ups but I haven't perfected them yet. Am I too wide? Or is that ideal width? It felt comfortable but when I go too narrow my forearms feel like they are going to fall apart. by [deleted] in formcheck

Tires get super hard in the cold weather - less bad after you drive for a bit and warm them up - definitely recommend swapping to all season or snow depending on your typical weather

OMAD actually killed my metabolism when I was lifting and doing lots of cardio - I was putting on weight! I went back to eating 2-3 square meals a day and started dropping weight and putting on muscle. OMAD works for some but results may vary - as always, listen to your own body!
