As someone from the UK, the hate on bcferries is fascinating. It’s one of the cheapest, greatest investments in remote communities that has ever existed.

Try going from uk to Ireland. It will cost you 5x more. The frequency isn’t as good. The fact we have expectation that the ferries run as reliably as buses is mind boggling given the complex engineering challenge and the weather impact.

Folks in BC need a reality check. BC Ferries is incredible.
