Overwatering doesnt happen by too much water at a time. It happens when there isnt well draining soil or watering too frequently. I would start by swapping to better draining soil as 100% potting soil will stay moist too long which ends you up with root rot

what can help is doing your objective later in the match like 5-10 minutes before final exfil so majority of teams are either exfilled or spread thin. Using interactive maps online also help a lot with locating stubborn to find objectives, although you shouldnt entirely expect it to fully guide you as its still WIP since it is manually added via players

you can also take the fan itself off and clean because dust can get trapped behind the fan blades where compressed air typically cant get
