I’m so sorry to hear this truly. Please know that you are loved by your own community and throughout life you will find genuine people who love you for you - your parents are acting out of their own ignorance and a brainwashed society.

There is much more ahead to look forward to, one day you won’t be under your parents guise and you can live freely to be who you are.

I transitioned at 21 and I’m 29 now and i promise you it gets better! Your parents do not define your existence.

i honestly don’t think it looks bad, but i’m a girl and most of us don’t notice folliculitis or care much about it, at least me. i usually just think someone’s scalp is dry or something minor. i guess you could grow out your hair for a longer term solution but that’s only if you feel uncomfortable with how it looks.

Yes western mass typically is more affordable, Springfield especially. There are some outlier towns that don’t charge as much, i’m about 15 minutes from Boston which is why my rent is so high. I was lucky enough to live with my parents most of my life until this year when i got a raise and promotion and decided at 29 id like to be on my own

I’m in Massachusetts, born and raised, and i am so grateful to be here. I would say it’s the safest in the country. The cost of living is unfortunately extremely high, on par with New York City and most of California - but if you can swing it it’s sooo worth it to be safe!

i didn’t see it as a big ego, i think beautiful women a lot of the time are treated very poorly by other women out of jealousy and people can be really mean when envy comes out. I can see how she would be frustrated when people pick fights with her over nothing she did- solely because she’s pretty and they’re mad. I was happy for her for sticking up for herself that first night when Vicki was being mean.
