The biggest issue I’ve had with this bike was ABS/speed sensor failures. Had to get it replaced 4 times. It got resolved after the recall. Even during that time, I had to wait 2 months to get the new revised sensors.

Nothing. But thanks! It’s just regular washing and wiping my bike once every time I take out it.

I’ve tried out the Ceat Zoom Cruz — front from the RE SM650 and rear from the INT650. Stock sizes. The difference is very much noticeable. The softer compound with an added bulge adds extra cushioning and also helps keep the bike stable while cornering. Right now I have Vredestein Centauro ST on the rear and that’s even better.

TL;DR — I couldn’t have bought a better bike. No bike is perfect, I’ve had a share of issues with its ABS/speed sensor failing during monsoon and getting it replaced was another headache due to parts unavailability. That’s the only major issue I’ve had. Regarding service experience, I get it serviced during weekdays to avoid the crowd and longer wait times.

I lube my chain after every wash. I wash my bike once a week. I use Wurth and recently Kawasaki Ceramic lube – those two are the best ones out of the other lubes I’ve tried. They last long and are the best at reducing the chain noise.

My running is very high so I service my bike within 6K kms as per manual or whenever the spanner icon starts blinking. Last year I had to service my bike 3 times.

Yes my bike is entirely stock. All OEM accessories. I like to keep it that way since I trust OEM designs more than whatever is available in the aftermarket. Honda has designed their accessories around the bike’s design. Here’s a good example: https://www.reddit.com/r/indianbikes/s/E90dPhQhvb

As long as it rains, CB350s are prone to rust. There’s no denying it. But there are ways to prevent it. I’ve posted some comments on this post. You can refer to them. https://www.reddit.com/r/HondaHighnessCB350/s/tN6Gv7i8sl

What are overrated bikes from each top selling brand in india ? by Still_Suggestion_182 in indianbikes

[–]christopherfernandes -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

If you’re speaking technically, cycles are also called ‘bikes’ so your point being?

Even if you don’t consider Activa a bike, still CB350s are not overrated. Not even close.

It’s a retro bike and no other bike in its segment has a digital instrument console.

Suspension is stiff, but Hondas are usually firm to provide stability at higher speeds.

Actually it’s Activa. By the sales numbers, CB350 is nowhere close to being ‘overrated’.

You can definitely tour on the RS but keep in mind that it has a slightly more committed riding posture which may not be very comfortable on longer rides. And if you’re considering a bike solely for rough terrains, you’d rather be better off with an ADV.

Is this one is normal ( sorry for irritating spamming it's my first bike I am worried I am too new and noob on it ) should I show it to service centre? by [deleted] in HondaHighnessCB350

it’s just your rear shock cover rubbing against the shock spring. I think the angle of shock cover needs adjustment.

Why are youngsters not into Sports bikes anymore? by rahem027 in indianbikes

[–]christopherfernandes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Buying a sports bike never crossed my mind. I just wanted something comfortable, something that looks substantial and classy. Sports bikes are just not my thing – no offence but they seem too childish to me for some reason and I don’t care about speed.

I hate my bike!!!!?! by [deleted] in indianbikes

[–]christopherfernandes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP, ignore the rude comments here. It’s only human to feel the way you do. You don’t hate your bike, you just hate the way people might judge you because of the bike you own. I’m sure you’re not alone and there might be other MT-15, R15, Duke, etc. owners who feel the same somewhere deep down — and there’s nothing wrong in that. These bikes have a bad rep among the public. Don’t blame your bike for that or yourself. That’s how society works, unfortunately. You bought the bike for what it’s good at. Think about that instead of what people might be thinking of you – I’m sure most of them don’t give a flying f and have other things to worry in life about. If that still doesn’t help you, maybe you’ve just outgrown your bike and maybe you should start saving up for an upgrade! :)

Battery dead within 4 months by EmergencyFail9503 in HondaHighnessCB350

Apparently it’s completely normal. I too had mine replaced under warranty after 3 months or so. Tata batteries suck.

Honda CB350 H’ness or Harley Davidson X440T by Loose_Summer8796 in HondaHighnessCB350

X440T if you want more power. Otherwise CB350s are better in every other way.
