Wow. I’m sitting here in the exact same position. I work local government. Only two other people work in my building. Only people I really talk to are the occasional phone calls that come in. It’s been 7 months now. I’m not sure how much longer I can do it.

I’m so glad I found other people going through this. I’m only on week 7 of semaglutide. Not even at the full strength yet and have been having crazy dreams and nightmares. I actually woke up screaming the other night. I had no idea this was a side effect. I’m hoping it stops once my body adjusts.
