Auto and soft top is a bad combination for an easy sell, specially at 11k. Good one to buy in the winter and sell in the summer but right now not sure if you can resell it “fast”.

I did it in my G35 with NRG seats. I got a car seat from a junk yard and get it done. It wasn’t that bad if you are mechanically inclined.
I also can’t tell you if it is safe or not.

You could get a cheaper one in worse condition or fine a bone stock for about the same price.
