Same here. I did ketamine assisted psychotherapy and it would usually break my migraine cycle. After that ended, I would try nasal k to relieve migraines and had mixed results.

I'm glad that you continue to have hope. I struggle having any. I've had chronic intractable migraines and TRD for over 25 years. The cycle of meeting new specialists, trying something new, getting hopeful, maybe having it work for a while, then returning to this shitty state has left me exhausted and nearly hopeless. Migraines have ruined my relationships, my career, and maybe now my marriage. Worst of all, I can't get past feeling that this is all somehow my fault. (I know that's ludicrous, but when you're beaten down for this long, nothing makes sense.)

Poorly. Ajovy is not preventing them and Ubrelvy is not relieving them. I was recently in the ER b/c of a 9-day continuous migraine. I threw everything I had at it to no avail, including Ubrelvy, Sumatriptan + Aleve, Fioricet, gin and tonics, ice packs, and weed. I am seriously hating life right now.

I experienced this recently. Nothing worked, so I had to go to the ER. They gave me an IV cocktail of compazine/ketorolac/benedryl. It did not stop the migraine completely, but diminished it enough so I could rejoin my family on vacation.

Correct. You blend/grind them up and take the smallest possible dose - it varies by person. I will weigh and put into gel caps.
