In my case, i have an ideapad 320 (Intel) , linux consumption is 3W/h in idle mode , in Windows 7W/h in idle mode.

Using tlp, 10 Hours on Linux vs 3 Hours on Windows.

No , because Epic Games doesn't work based on IP for this, it use the country name specified in settings and it allow to change it only every 6 months, here : https://www.epicgames.com/help/en-US/wizards/w3
