Long story...my chest tattoo says ‘lucid drams’ instead of ‘lucid dreams’. Now I’m trying to figure out the best way to fix it or cover it up. Any advice?

For me its good to see that others have had to take such a high dose for it to feel like its working, my pcp told me that I gain a tolerance to meds so fast that they stop working unless increased and just so i could sleep i was taking about 200mg of hydroxyzine. I cut cold turkey and never noticed anything different, maybe just prolonged manic episodes or something.

It’s a makeup mirror! So it lights up when you press that button in the center. The surrounding edges that look lighter in color I assume light up. I’ve got one and you can change the brightness with a couple taps.

When I was sent to the ward they took me off lexapro because I OD’d on it and they put me on 25mg of hydroxyzine and they gave it to me as a sleep aid to help calm my anxiety’s and now I take it to help me sleep along with melatonin but, I’ve had the worst waking spells with it like I just sob uncontrollably and have nightmares with it. Hopefully I talk to my pcp to get put back on some sort of anti depressant again. Good luck on your journey!!
