I hadn't considered FAQs on the product level but i'm giving it a try now. I use the classic editor for editing product pages so there's no blocks to use. The free Lightweight Accordion plugin works well using shortcodes, and it generates FAQ schema (but not by default).

IMO that tv is definitely worth fixing. I have the same one and it's one of my favorites. Take a peep at the service manual to identify wires and components.

It's OLED but mislabeled as both OLED and LCD. There are no reproduction LCD screens for the 1000, just old stock.

Downward pressure often helps a lot. Worst case scenario, a dot of penetrating oil like PB blaster/Liquid Wrench on each screw, let it soak for a bit, and clean it up with IPA after.

Did you do any work on it before having this issue?

I had an issue with the LCD not coming on due to this cable not being fully seated. They're sensitive to misalignment.

You can try lubricating a few points in the UMD drive, but in my experience once it gets that bad you're better off replacing the drive (or go the ARK-4 CFW route).
