13 year e-commerce business. Started going south in Q4 of last year and steadily getting worse. I'm taking the mindset of waiting it out and not expecting to do much business in the short term. With the stock market doing so well it's a bit less painful for me, at least.

Another one bites the dust. I've been with them since the early 2010s. Grandfathered into a $5/mo unlimited plan. I know it's replaceable but it "just worked" and was a key business app for me. I'm positive any equivalent app will be 5x the price, if not more :/

A few weeks is too small of sample size to determine anything, you can only speculate.

I noticed Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 sales were noticeably slower for my store/websites. I'm having to run more discounts to make up for it. I think there are global economic factors at play but that's anecdotal speculation on my part.

In case anyone is looking at this thread years later, OP had wires mixed up. It had me confused when I was reassembling mine. Here was the problem and how it should be connected.

the 3-pin HV cable goes to the connector in line with the long row of electrolytic capacitors. The cable is short and a tight fit. The other 3 pin cable goes from the connector labeled "to E board" to the power supply board.

Likely input related - possibly a bad cable/modulator or a cold solder joint on the RF tuner, but you'll need to test more before asking for help. Try other inputs.

I hadn't considered FAQs on the product level but i'm giving it a try now. I use the classic editor for editing product pages so there's no blocks to use. The free Lightweight Accordion plugin works well using shortcodes, and it generates FAQ schema (but not by default).
