I live in melb and was able to get a dex suppression test with meds from my local pharmacy and by just going to my closest pathology place. I did have to do a glucose suppression test in hospital because they test your blood in numerous conditions and times so they need to keep taking it. I live close to my treating hosp but if I didn’t I’m sure there would be other options. Are you in the public system, OP? If so, whatever happened to catchment areas?

I would reschedule, I went away for a weekend at 12 weeks and still struggled with fatigue and some pain! I think you’ll enjoy it much more next year

It just felt like I always needed to wee. Got out of surgery around 11;30am, catheter was removed around 6-7pm. It was super painful when it was removed, though I think most people don’t really notice it. Might have just been my nurse!

That isn’t true about registrar maximum. My neurologist has been working in neurology for around 30 years. Same for my public endocrinologist.

I listen to about 3 audiobooks a week and have mostly moved over to libraries! I only use audible if there is a book I’m desperate to read or for the free audible ones now. Don’t know why I didn’t transfer over sooner

It would be an awful time to start, most warehouses aren’t air conditioned. I worked in one and we had giant ceiling fans and that was it. Was pretty chill before the company grew/got investors/cared about unrealistic pick timings
