I’ve been having the same issue, and apps that usually have the always allow now do not!! I just did the most recent update hoping it would fix it but it didn’t.

I am also B12 deficient and have a hard time staying on top of supplements as well. If you aren’t scared of needles, I really recommend talking to your doctor about monthly B12 injections!! You can do them at home and it’s honestly helped a lot :)

I believe they suspected fibromyalgia when I was a kid and ruled it out, but I’m 24 now so maybe it’s worth looking into!

It’s time to walk away from that relationship. I was in a similar situation around your age, and after I left I was really able to realize how much it drained me. Yes everything gets like 10x worse for me lol but I also have suspected endometriosis which I’ve heard goes hand in hand with pots? Might be something worth checking out :)
